Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, cacao powder, chia seeds, and a pinch of sea salt. Whisk everything together until it’s well blended.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond milk, maple syrup, and pure vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture, stirring continuously to ensure that all the oats get fully coated and mixed in.
Carefully fold in the sliced strawberries, making sure to reserve a few pieces for garnishing later.
Divide the oat mixture evenly into individual jars or containers, ensuring each jar has a good amount of strawberries incorporated.
Seal each jar tightly with a lid and place them in the refrigerator to chill overnight, or at least for 4 hours to allow the oats to absorb the liquid.
When you’re ready to enjoy, give the oats a good stir to combine any settled ingredients. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash of milk to reach your preferred consistency.
